In a colorful atmosphere, the factory store offers you a wide range of candied fruits and confectioneries from Provence. A selection of “calissons”, “nougats”, honeys, syrups, fruit jellies and other delicacies of Provence will seduce you.

THE TEA TIME

You can drink a tea and enjoy the terrace for a snack with fruity notes.

We make a point of honor to promote local artisans. Thus, La Maison du Fruit Confit works in collaboration with one pastry chef from Apt who use its traditional know-how to offer you local specialties: “galapians” and candied fruit cakes.

You will also have the opportunity to taste artisanal fruit juices made in Provence, fresh drinks, tea and coffee. Let be tempted !
