Nougat makers, almond growers and beekeepers at the foot of Mont Ventoux
The SILVAIN family opens the doors of its nougat factory, labelled a Living Heritage Company, for you to see where its team makes nougat, calissons, biscuits and cakes, bringing out the best in the almonds, honey and high-quality produce from the Provencal terroir. Coming from a long line of people who have lived off the land, the SILVAIN family produces almonds and lavender honey, at the same time working with other farmers from the region as part of a federation.
